Who owns the domain?

HelloSite registers and manages the domain on your behalf as part of the service. While you're an active customer, the domain is fully yours to use — we just handle the renewals and technical bits so you don't have to.

Can I change the content after launch?

Absolutely. Email any updates to cam@gethellosite.com — Starter plans get one small tweak per quarter, Executive includes one update per month, and larger edits are always quoted up front.

What if I already own a domain?

Mention it in the onboarding form. We'll either transfer it in (most common) or point it to your new site — whichever works better for your situation.

How do I cancel?

Email cam@gethellosite.com. No phone tree, no retention gauntlet. We'll stop billing at the end of the current cycle.
